Thought I’d pop in and do an update!
I’m still LCHF (aka Ketogenic), and I’ve added in IF (intermittent fasting) to my regime to kick things up a notch!
I’m going to do a much more detailed blog entry on this later, but I wanted to share that since starting IF, in addition to Keto, I’m now down 35 lbs!!!!!!!! Yes! Really!
This is including 10 days off, where I didn’t give a fart about what I ate or drank for 10 days (on vacation…) – if this lifestyle is going to be sustainable, it needs to have some flexibility sometimes!
Once I got back to reality, I fasted for 48 hours, and then went back to OMAD (one meal a day), and got back to my previous weight quickly of 178. I’m now 175 lbs!
Fasting, and low carb works. More details soon! 🙂
