35 hard-earned pounds down!


Hello, my favorite people! Thought I’d pop in and do an update! I’m still LCHF (aka Ketogenic), and I’ve added in IF (intermittent fasting) to my regime to kick things up a notch! I’m going to do a much more detailed blog entry on this later, but I wanted to share that since starting IF, in addition to Keto, I’m now down 35 lbs!!!!!!!! Yes! Really! I’m thrilled! This is including 10 days off, where I didn’t give a fart about what I ate or drank for 10 days (on vacation…) – if this lifestyle is going to be sustainable, it needs to have some flexibility sometimes!
